This Action allows you to trigger a pop-up whenever someone leaves the site. In this case, if the link being followed contains an "http://" the Action will fire open a new window.

NB - most browsers feature a pop-up blocking function which will stop this Action from working. Be aware that this functionality may not work in real live situations.
